This file contains the Python 2.2.3 files needed to get bundled Python
working.

Extract the dlls and lib directories to your QuArK installation
directory, compile a binary with PYTHON_BUNDLED, and off you go.

I've compressed the python.dll with UPX, so it's much smaller than the
standard Python DLL.
